I worked at Atlantic Computer Solutions in Toms River, NJ from the late '90s through the mid '00s. I volunteered to staff the store to answer questions during the launch of the original iMac in 1998, and became employed there soon after. During that time I served dozens of customers, business and personal. Working there was the beginning of a fruitful relationship that helped me to further my passion for Macintosh sales and service, and brought me a friend in ACS owner Lisa Bierly Reulbach, whose family ran ACS for eighteen years.
